Sustainability & Safety: The design incorporates energy-efficient lighting and climate control systems. The facility is hurricane-resistant, with impact-resistant windows and reinforced roofing.
Storm-Resilient Structure: Engineered to withstand Category 5 hurricane conditions, meeting Miami-Dade’s strict building codes.
