South Florida Data Center

A 35,000 sq. ft. facility with redundant power, busway systems, and Phase Two expansion readiness for a leading telecom provider.

SCOPE: Dual utility primaries, 3MW generators, and busway systems. CRAC power, EPO systems, and LV infrastructure. Phase One conduit for future 24,000 sq. ft. expansion.
Note: these are projects that the Principal and Key employees have completed while employed with another organization

This project involved a full electrical installation for a 35,000-square-foot data center in South Florida. The facility features two redundant utility primary connections and multiple three-megawatt generators to ensure uninterrupted operations.

The electrical work included the installation of a busway system in the data switch room, power for CRAC units and condensers, a grounding grid system, parallel switchgear, interior and site lighting, lighting controls, an emergency power-off (EPO) system, and low-voltage conduit infrastructure.

In Phase One, provisions were made for the future expansion of an additional 24,000 square feet as part of Phase Two.
